Our compostable pouches are made from renewable materials. All components are certified as compostable and meet the criteria of EN 13432.

All components comply with EN 13432 and are certified as industrially compostable.

Natural paper look

Your pouch will stand out and have an organic look and feel to it.

Suitable for dry products only

These pouches are not suitable for wet products as wet products would compromise structural integrity.

Ideal for

Even though all components are certified as compostable, the pouch as a whole is not certified and thus the OK Compost Industrial logo cannot be used on the pouch. A special compostable adhesive and zipper is used in the production of this type of pouch. Compostable packaging needs specific environmental conditions for the degradation process to start. This type of packaging has to be disposed of with organic waste. Compostable packaging is not recyclable.
